In the free version,in any of the Review Actions screen Tabs, or in the Someday/Maybe Items screen, or in the Reference Items screen, you can add the Search filter. It allows you to enter a text. Once you press the Enter key, all actions which have the text in their notes, description or delegated to fields are listed.
