Project Templates available to TR users

ThinkingRock allows you to import project templates that other users have created. The following article explains how to import an existing template or project.

GTD Weekly Review

Monthly Accounting Close

This template captures the steps required to perform the monthly accounting close in our company (the German subsidiary of an American company). Clearly many of the steps may be unique to our company, but it can be adapted as necessary.

Small project maintenance project

The user who created this template works in Facilities Management and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of three university campuses. These three campuses have around 55 building ranging, in size from rotundas to buildings 3 floors in height and range in age from heritage listed, 100 years plus to 4 years old. Each campus also has extensive grounds (up to 60 hectares in one case). The work involves several disciplines such as security, cleaning, maintenance of buildings, maintenance of HVAC, etc.

UAT project

Project for performing User Acceptance Test on a software release.
