ThinkingRock produces a .ics file regularly (as often as when recovery file is created). You can then just import the .ics file into the calendar application of your choice, for example Google Calendar or Outlook.
You need to set it up under Options (Linux, Windows)/ Preferences (Mac) - Miscellaneous / Calendar Sync tab. See the help of the screen for the usage of the various fields.
