Tienes que revisar tus datos diaria y semanalmente para asegurarte de que estás haciendo lo que es importante, en función de tus prioridades o las de tu jefe. Podrías darte cuenta que hay una razón por la que las acciones no van saliendo: o bien no se han dividido en tareas individuales suficientemente pequeñas para poder hacerlas o no son lo suficientemente importantes para ti.

Tu revisión diaria debería consistir en:

revisar acciones retrasadas: o bien han sido hechas y así puedes marcarlas o tienen que ser replanificadas;
revisar lo que has planificado para hoy, tiene fecha tope hoy o su seguimiento es hoy: configura una Pestaña con filtro Fecha Acción igual a Hoy;
Luego, según el contexto en el que estés y el tiempo disponible puedes hacer tus acciones y ponerles la marca sobre la marcha. TR te permite filtrar tus listas por hacer de manera eficiente para hacer más productivo.

Tu planificación semanal debería consistir en: revisar los proyectos para asegurarte que todos tienen acciones activas para mantener su avance;

revisar tus acciones para segurarte que se han descompuesto en tareas suficientemente pequeñas para conseguir hacerlas;
revisar tus ítems algún día/quizás para comprobar si alguno podría realizarse.

En caso de que tu lista de acciones se haga muy larga, se vuelva insostenible y empieces a seguirla menos. Para reducir la lista te sugerimos lo siguiente:

Prioriza tus acciones;
añade fechas tope;
mira si algunas acciones pueden posponerse;
algunas acciones podrían tener que volver a la pila de Algún día/Quizás;
algunos proyectos deberían ser pospuestos: muévelos a la pestaña Proyectos Futuros.
