Sorry, not exactly every time, but every time I run the programm. Once I have resized the columns they keep right until I close the programm.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The feature of being able to move and reorganize panels would be impressive if it stuck. I found a way that would come closer to my ideal organization layout. However, as it reverts when you restart or switch screen, it's pretty useless.
