According to what I understand, just the 20.000 (areas of responsibility) level is justified to be managed by TR.

Maybe 30.000 (goals) too, but I prefer David Allen's way of managing 30.000, 40.000 and 50.000 (through mind maps, pictures, etc outside the main system) and using periodic revisions to keep everything connected.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi Fmonera,

I agree with you on setting goals with mind maps or pictures, but I think it could be useful if I could associate my tasks/projects with goals (even if a set them outside TR).

With an easy report (closed tasks by goals) it could help to check if you are in the right way.
