A nice feature would be a fourth customisable CRITERIA. Fo me I would create a BUSINESS HOURS category, with Yes/No/NA.

That way I could easily hide the things that must be done in business hours when I'm working in the evening. Context doesn't cut it as BUSINESS HOURS activities could occur in many different contexts, ie at the phone, the computer or actually visiting in a specific location.

A second appraoch would be some sort of Time Bounds switch, but thats a bit more rigid and locks the user into whatever you decide.

What do you think?

Like the idea. Could create a list of private phone calls I have to make at work hours - something which I try to avoid usually, which regular leaves me with me Calls list on weekends grumbling that another project can't move on cause I missed the opportunity to call.

Best wishes
Kai

You can "misuse" the context. I have contexts PC - high energy, PC - low energy. (I dont use ctriteria energy).

You can set up contexts Call - work hours, Call - off hours.

The consistent collection of contexts is the key ingrediency of GTD. B)

I agree with jeshunter. You can create an action view with those contexts that are only likely to occur during business hours (like @Office, @PC-Office etc.)

Dumbfounded ... That's an idea I could have hit upon myself, especially since I twist contexts in a similar way for other tasks.
