TOPIC: Add Opt-D shortcut to Action pane focus

When the focus is in the action pane, Opt-D does nothing. I often append notes to tasks directly before completing them, leaving the focus down in the action pane. To complete the item without the mouse, I have to use the mouse. It seems for me at least that Ctrl-Tab back to the ASAP list does not result in a the selection state being what it appears to be as Opt-D doesn't work there either. To get the keyboard shortcut to work, the mouse must be used to either click on the checkbox in the Action pane, or to select the line in the ASAP list and then Opt-D.
