Hi all,
fairly new to both, the methodology and the TR tool. So forgive my possibly dumb question!

For a couple of days and weeks now I have started to use this. Dumped all my actions and projects, categorized them and so on ... the system works really good for me so far, so that I am on top of my dues better than ever.

But now I am starting to think about deleting old actions. With the speed I am currently collecting thoughts I am afraid that the action pile will grow very fast. How do you all get rid of actions that have been done and don't need any kind of attention any more? Is there a way to flag them and then run kind of a purge job?

Any hint is appreciated! Thanks!

EDIT: I know that I can delete actions by selecting them in one of the screens. My question is rather about your habits and recommendations, and if there is some purge functionality some place I didn't find yet.

There is an Archive option under the File Menu. For its description and an explanation of the various parameters, please search for 'Archive' in TR help.
