Hi!!

I use TR for planning activities and the Pomodoro technique to keep my focus. However, the Pomodoro also requires me to log some information such as the number of pomodoris used up and the number of interruptions encountered (anyone who knows about Pomodoro knows what I mean).

It would be interesting to hear from others that has tried to combine TR and the Pomodori technique

Best regards,

Hi Tomas

I am quite new to Pomodoro. My focus has increased as I hear the tic of the timer, I use a little application called Pomodoro to keep track of my actions
along with the Excellent planning capabilities for TR.

Both Applications are open all the time on my computer.

Regards
Tom
