I do a lot of copying and pasting to create new actions which are very similar to current actions. So...(1) right-click current action (2) select Copy (3) scroll to and right-click on "Single Actions" (4) select Paste (5) move cursor to Action window and over type title..

How about a right-click action called "Duplicate" ? Then maybe change the title of the duplicate action to include *DUP* or whatever to show it is a copy...or maybe as part of the duplicate action, highlight the new title in the action window and give it focus so the next typing overwrites the title?

...or action templates (like you have for projects)?
