TOPIC: Update on App, Please

Good day, ThinkingRock development team.

It has been a long time now since I have seen any updates to plug-ins or application news.

Would you please give the ThinkingRock community an update on the current state of the application and any tidbits of things to come?

I want to see ThinkingRock succeed and flourish. Hearing news of its ongoing development and improvements would be welcomed news. Note I am not participating in any Beta program, so I only hear about the released updates.

As always, thank you very much for this wonderful application. It has changed the way I do business...and for the better.

I should be testing the iCal module + bug fix on the email delegation + Jeremy has added a background process to retrieve the emails regularly.

Jeremy has been busy implementing a way to translate the screens. Users have already provided translations for German, Dutch and Spanish and I have done the French one. I know most of our users are English speaking but it is something that we have promised a long time ago. We also have a large German users base thanks to the methodology being popular there + someone teaching GTD and recommending ThinkingRock.

Jeremy should be back on the iPhone application this week.

We are targeting to release a new version of TR, once I have tested the above changes, by the end of February. After that our priority will be to make TR more portable.

After that, we will review the issues and try to fix the most urgent ones like reports in letter format for example. Jeremy also needs to rework how the data is handle before we can attack some of the major changes.
