TOPIC: points to discuss with individual persons

Dear all,

I would like to know how you represent the different "points to discuss with XYZ" for all different individual people XYZ.

One solution would be to have as many CONTEXT entries as there are persons XYZ, and to have one list of actions for each. But that will produce a lot of contexts, and as far as I understand, it would be better to keep this list rather short.

It would seem rather indicated to use the "Delegates" list of people for that purpose.
However, the only way to introduce the Delegates seems to be creating a "Delegate" action -- but that is not really apropriate as I did not delegate anything.

I just want to be remembered to discuss certain topics with XYZ next time I meet that person.

The ideal solution would be to be able to assign actions to people from the delegates list in addition to a context "@(points to) discuss with".

What are your solutions to create such lists, best one for each person or one long list that could be ordered by persons (delegates).
