MarkHD Offline Senior Boarder Posts: 48 Karma: 0	Whenever I try to email an item with a large note it seems I get an error: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. If I delete some of the text from the notes field the problem goes away. Is it the size of the note that is the problem? If so, please could this problem be fixed?

claire Offline Moderator Posts: 1383 Thank you received: 62 Karma: 67	It is the size of the notes. We tried to fix it in the past but then it was limiting even more the size, like it had to be truncated at 255 characters. I will re-open the issue.
