TOPIC: Next Action button ?

Next Action button ? 16 years 6 months ago #403

Hi,
I'm starting in GTD and I choose ThinkingRock to support me :)

I want to know if there is a function to add the next action when I select "Done" on one action ??

it's because I'm using a lot the projets strucutre and !I'd like to stay in the project form to generate the next step because this view give me a global vieaw of all actions ... so it's not the thought process however , how to pass throught this anytime ?

Thks

Welcome to ThinkingRock!

There is a "Project View" that you could use that should help.

ThinkingRock treats a "Project" as a collection of associated single actions that may or may not need to be done in a sequential order.

Click Review > Projects. This will take you to the Project review screen. From here you can create a project and add as many or as little actions as you like. You can even bundle it up as several sub-projects if that makes more sense to you.

You then manage the individual actions in the project. You can easily shift them up and down in the hierarchy.

Hope this helps!
