i'm afraid i usually create a new action straight in under it's appropriate project, without leaving it to be processed later.

for about 90% of my projects, a project's actions should all be in the same category and the same context. but when i add new actions they don't pick up a default context.

the effect is that i sometimes lose actions. i've added the action but i forget that i must manually add a context. then the action does not appear in my views... yes, i could redefine all the views so that they all show a context of None, but that would be the tail wagging the dog.

so, i would like to be able to insert an action and have it inherit some details from the action above it. preferably details i could specify somewhere in the options.
