Good day.

I would like to request the following two new features/functions. Details follow:

Rich Notes Field
This function allows for rich text editing in the notes field. Bold, Italics, and colors, etc. Also very useful for copy/pasteing from a rich text email or document into the notes field.

Expand Notes
This function will open a new window that has nothing more than a large note field. This item is particularly useful if there are a lot of content in a project's or single action's notes.

Insert Reference Link
This function will create a link to a ThinkingRock Reference document. This is particularly useful if a reference document contains additional "how to" or "contact" information regarding the project as a whole or a single action.

Insert Action or Project Link
This function will create a link to a single action or a project. This is particularly useful if an action is dependent on another action or project. While the link does not create any type of "do this, then this" type of effect, it does allow for the user to add notes that inform him/her at a later date of any dependencies or cross-project interaction.

Change to Reference Document
This function will take the notes of an action and copy/paste the contents into a NEW Reference document.

Thank you for your consideration and the wonderful ThinkingRock application! I couldn't imagine doing work without it!

Greetings, TR Team.

Are the suggestions I made accepted? Pending?

No rush, mind you. :)

Sorry, doing a 'forum' review only today. A few answers and work around. We will put the other suggestions in our list.
Expand Notes
This function will open a new window that has nothing more than a large note field. This item is particularly useful if there are a lot of content in a project's or single action's notes.

Do you know about this functionality (I need to add a demo for it)?
In the project panel or action panel, you can either double click on the tab header, where it says "Project" or "Action", or click once on the square button most right of the panel. This expands the panel and allow you to see your full notes. To reverse to previous view, perform similar operations on the expanded Tab. I find it very useful.

We will still to do something special for the Process Thoughts screen.
Insert Reference Link
This function will create a link to a ThinkingRock Reference document. This is particularly useful if a reference document contains additional "how to" or "contact" information regarding the project as a whole or a single action.

It is on our list for a long time (but Jeremy needs to improve the data layer before implementing it) to allow reference items to be linked to project. Not sure if we will link it to action initially.
Change to Reference Document
This function will take the notes of an action and copy/paste the contents into a NEW Reference document.
Workaround for now: you can copy and paste the action, then reprocess it to a reference item. Notes are kept.
