sisterray Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 12 Karma: 0	when I fail to do something at the scheduled time (my exercise this morning) I want to check it as "left undone" rather than delete it. Is this functional already in ts and I am missing it? thanks

scottfab Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 13 Karma: 0	I don't think this function exists, but I could be wrong. However, in my Actions screen, I've created a tab for "Overdue", things that are still to-do, but have an action date of yesterday or earlier. That's one option.

sisterray Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 12 Karma: 0	Yea, I have one of those also. Here's what I'm thinking: exercise is a regularly scheduled event at 6 AM. If I don't do it on a particular day then I'm not going to redo it I'm going to wait until the next time it comes up. But I would still like to market has undone to get a sense of how many scheduled tasks are falling off the radar.

claire Offline Moderator Posts: 1383 Thank you received: 62 Karma: 67	If you want to set to them to Done, I suggest that you add a priority value of "Not done" (I have one saying "Not required". That way you have a way of filtering them.
