Hi everyone,

I'm stuck with version 3.4.2 201204101705. When I'm trying to uninstall it a window with the netbeans logo comes up but there are no other text or buttons working. If I just try to install the latest version on top then the installer just freezes and I can't do anything. Do you have any suggestions on how to update to remove the old version and update to the latest?

Do you have the latest java version installed in your system (at the moment is Java 1.8)? Which operative system are you using?
