I'm not a programmer, so my wish may not be viable.....

I've gotten my receive and sent emails going to gmail to go around my office firewall and gotten to to where it comes into TR for processing...

I would love to have the "header" information (email To, From, CC, date, time) in the body of the notes - I get emails from people without a subject line or signature and the additional information would be helpful in processing the "thought". It would also be nice to have if it's a delegated item that I need to follow up on, to be sure that I email the follow-up back out to everyone originally on the email.

Also, web links retained as "clickable" in the notes area.

These may already be doable and I wasn't able to find the answer in the forums or have a setting not correct - if so, sorry to clog up the forum, but would someone please tell me how?

Thanks to TR, my inbox has 2 emails that I got right before leaving for work, my desk is clean, I know what my priorities are for Monday and I finished a monthly project 2 weeks earlier than ever AND I have the weekend completely FREE from work......now the housework....

We will add it to the list. As a workaround, what about forwarding the email to your dedicated TR email address?

Let me think about the forwarding.... When I send an email I have a copy also landing in my inbox so I'm not sure how I would get around that on the forwarding. This keeps me from having to re-look at my sent mail for things I need to follow-up on with others later.
