Hello ,

I acquired a new Macbook Pro and installed Tr 2.2.1 . I then moved my .trx file from my earlier system ( tried both save as and back up options) onto the new system . Tr in the new system would not open the file and gave the error massage attached .

Pls help since I'd rather not recreate my whole file again,

I don't see any attached screen dump. You probably have not uploaded all of the latest modules on your new platforms.

Please ensure that you have entered your membership details (and validate them), then do a Relaod Catalog.

If the problem is still present, please send us a screenshot using the Contact us email address.

Problem resolved ! It was the member module update that fixed it

Thank you for the quick feedback

Thanks

Hello There,

I seem to have a similar problem.
But updating did not solve it.
After installing the programm on a new laptop, latest version, all plugins (I think), I get the error window, that I have attached to the message as soon as I try to open the data file.

I'd be glad to be able to get back all the information I entered into my trusted (!) system.

Best Regards,
Harald

Please ensure you have entered your member details on all platforms. The error displayed is the one you get when there are discrepancies between platforms.

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately I am not quite sure, if I understand you right.
I now entered my member details under:
Tools-Options-Miscellaneous-Member Login
But the problem persists.
As I had forgotten the passwd I requested a new one which I am using now.
Might this be the source of the problem?
Does "no user info" and "same user with new passwd" generate the same error?
If yes: Isn't there another way to solve the problem?

Thanks for your help in advance.
Best regards,
Harald
