Claire and Jeremy,
I could never give enough praise for Thinking Rock. I truly use and rely on the application. The one feature that eludes me in the ability to review my GTD items while I am mobile. That one feature would accelerate my GTD ability thru the roof. Is there any way we can get that funcationality for Blackberry. Unforturnately, for me, Blackberry is the company standard and the tool of choice. I truly apprecate you efforts and cheer everytime an upgrade surfaces. Keep up the outstandng work.

I've resorted to storing my TR files in Dropbox and having a script on one of my servers to parse out the action items into a text file which I can access with Dropbox on the Blackberry. Convoluted, but it works.

Wow, super but I don't have that skill set. I congratulate you on your ability to adjust. I do use dropbox to share and receive project information from my team but really, really need to have the BB supported for tasks and events.

Thanks for taking the time to write.

I've put forward the idea of making a webapp that can parse the tr-projects.trx file and allow viewing and sorting of next actions. I've looked over the blackberry javascript spec for OS5 and it looks to be capable.

The idea would be that if you can put your tr-projects file in Dropbox (hopefully somewhere obscure) then you'd have an html/javascript app alongside it that could parse it and allow you read access. If I only had time to write it I wouldn't mind sharing it with ThinkingRock.

Thanks for the interest and input. The ability to carry the todo lists all of the time is the prime driver for GTD. I have tried paper but that doesn't always work. I always have my phone with me.

thanks again,
Howard
