Hello,
Here's a couple of issues that I have found during work with the recent iPhone app (2.1):
Can not enter thoughts one by one.
When I enter 1st thought and press save button blank rectangle from the bottom of the screen goes up shifting up and away from the screen fields Description and Topic - so I can not see what I'm typing.
There are two ways to handle that - press TR button and enter Collect again OR
after you have chosen topic go back to description field and tap it with your finger.
Attached is an error screenshot.

Sergei.

Hi Sergei,

Thanks for the bug report.

The code that deals with resizing the view when the keyboard shows has been updated recently, so it could well be a genuine fault. We've had another user report something similar but I can't reproduce it. There are probably a combination of factors, like landscape vs portrait mode etc.

If i go into the colllect screen in landscape mode, the keyboard takes up a lot of the screen, but its still behaves well when you press save.

Can you have another go and provide exact step by step actions?
Thanks in advance,
S8.

Hi.
Exact step by step is:
1) enter collect
2) enter thought
3) select topic
4) press save
5) next though screen is displayed where you don't see anything

you can workaround this if after step 3 you tap on NOTES or back on thought fields and after that press save.

Regards,
Sergei.

Well done Sergei, I've managed to replicate the problem now.

What happens is we have to adjust the screen whenever the keyboard shows and hides so that it still scrolls correctly.

It looks like that code isn't quite right.

I'll look into it.

The odd thing is that it wasn't actually happening on my ipod touch, but it did happen on the iphone simulator that comes with the development kit. It might be related to one version of the firmware or another.

In any case, I've produced a fix for this problem.
