Looking at the log, the sync process is waiting for the syncup file from the iPhone.

If the syncup.txt file is created under your dropbox folder after you press the Sync button on the iPhone, could you ensure that:
1. You can see the file under the dropbox folder on the computer.
2. The folder specified under TR/Miscellaneous/iPhone Sync tab corresponds to the one where you can see the file. It has to be the top one as it is the one used by the iPhone.

Hi Claire, thanks for your reply. I don't really understand what to look for next.

I can see my thinking rock folder under the dropbox folder on my computer.

What do you mean by "It has to be the top one as it is the one used by the iPhone"? I don't understand what I have to do here???

Thanks so far and hope you can help me out with this.

Hi Ykruger.

I had at first my TR files in a "TR" folder in my Dropbox. But i had problem with the sync then. But when i placed my TR Data file in the "Root" folder in Dropbox, the sync works.

Try that, and good luck!

Hi Daniel,

Thanks, I will try that!

If it works I will be happy and also unhappy because it clutters my Dropbox... hope the TR-people wil soon solve this, why do I have to enter a dropboxfolder in misc/iphone sync if it is not used? I don't get it.

Hi Daniel and Claire,

Yes, that worked! Thanks a lot for your help and I hope TR will make it possible soon to use a TR-folder in Dropbox.

Hi Yvon,

You don't specify a folder on the iPhone, just your account. So the app puts the files under the root.

But it will not clog up anything as the iPhone app deletes the files once they have been processed.
