I have already asked and received great information from the community in regards how one could place their TRX in Dropbox and then have that file used by multiple systems. (

While this is great information, my concern is the implementation described to me is not officially supported by the TR Team. I must maintain my data at all times as I have worked my entire process into Thinking Rock as the management tool for multiple products, projects, and staff. I am understandably concerned about using the TRX data file for anything that has not been given the official "OK" for support.
Thanks to the very smart people in this community, I do have a viable way of putting my TRX file in Dropbox and using it with multiple systems. It works and have had no issues. But this implementation, from all that I can see, is based on excellent technical know-how and trial and error and not a process in which the TR staff have given a blessing.
Does the TR staff care to provide an "official" step-by-step instructions or provide an "official" OK to directions already provided? Knowing that the TR team is supporting the process will go a long way with me, and most likely, others.
