We did have some issues during the beta with unicode characters and ultra long notes in actions. If you don't mind can you compare the actions on the iphone and the desktop and see if there are any missing.

It might be that there's something we're not encoding correctly
Thanks

App purchased, 3.0.3 installed, sync'd ... all good...

Just one small problem, I gave the app a review (5* of course) on the app store, and indicated that TR desktop app was free (I wasn't aware that it wasn't free any more), so apologies if this causes problems for you.

Another very happy customer. Thanks Guys!

T.

Thank you for the review. The iPhone app works with version 2.2.1 too, which is free, so there is no problems.

Darn...:(

Just from an initial review it does look like some actions didn't come across - one action that didn't sync had a note that was 152 lines long and a couple others had no notes at all. I create a lot of my tasks by forwarding emails to TR, which causes me to have lots of tasks with large notes (and I deal with some French clients who have various accents in their emails, which could be causing issues).

FYI - I did another sync this morning and got the crashing problem again. I have a copy of the IDE log this time - do you have an email address I can send it to for you guys to review?

[EDIT] I tried syncing again (no reboots) and this time it worked. I have a copy of the IDE log for both the time it crashed and when it worked right after - hopefully that will help you figure out what's going on.
Last Edit: 15 years 8 months ago by Flamebrain. Reason: Added additional notes

Hello

I just downloaded and tried to sync the app with my Macbook Pro and got the following message on the iPhone :

Failed
Cannot connect to remote

both systems are running upto date software and I used the IP shown on the desktop application to sync

Thanks

hnarayan: double check that your iPhone is on your wireless network and not the 3G network...I had the same problem last night when syncing for the first time.
